Another Blog Redesign

I have done another blog redesign. This one has a retro feel with blue hues and a starburst themed background. The font I am using is Droid Sans which is a text option on Android phones. I wanted to make it easy to read so I have used white font on black background. Its a clean look with a whimsical flair. I have also expanded the number of blogs you can see linked to my blog and more bookmarks. One thing I really like about Blogger is how you can tweak your blogs colors, fonts, layouts and templates on the fly. It's my hope it will be an attractive blog to read and to interact with. 

Forty Days Left

If my counting is right I have about 40 working days left on my job. It's going to go by slow or at least I hope. This means I have to begin to think about my next moves. My plans are to take a couple of weeks off and hope I have a new job by middle or late April. People ask me if there are other opportunities available in other places in the organization and I have to say that I am ready to move on to something new. So in my style I will be blogging through the process to keep folks up-to-date with what I will be going through.

Super Bowl 46 - New York vs. New England

Today is Super Bowl XLVI (46) which will be played in Indianapolis, Indiana at Lucas Oil Stadium. The New England Patriots take on the New York Giants in a bit of a revenge game from a few years ago when the Patriots lost out on a perfect season. Tom Brady and Eli Manning both have won Super Bowl rings and are looking to add another one. We will be at our pastor's house to watch the game tonight for some great fellowship. It's going to be a great game! Let's see how this all turns out.
